Not quite right? No problem. You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with every original tag still attached.
- Made-to-measure or personalised pieces can only be returned if they arrive faulty.
- Sale items marked final sale cannot be returned.
How to return
- Email usaleatherjackets23@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- We'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back with tracking. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and check your return, your refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or wrong item?
Send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
UK customers also keep their statutory 14-day right to cancel.
